Job summary

TraxionTech Inc is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Department, translate priorities into actionable plans, and drive growth. The role blends strategic judgment with execution, requiring the ability to learn offerings quickly and manage a lean team.

You will own campaign planning, lead generation, brand oversight, and analytics, coordinating with Sales and Product to optimize the funnel.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience leading a marketing team or cross-functional campaigns.
Proven end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of lead generation, funnels, segmentation, and channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with executives and teams.
Strong project management and prioritization across multiple campaigns.
Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, B2B is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead marketing strategy and align priorities with company goals.
Plan and execute campaigns across paid, organic, email, events, and partnerships.
Coordinate with Sales and other teams to manage leads and handoffs.
Define KPIs, monitor campaigns, and report to executives.
Build and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and process documentation.
Develop AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity.
