Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a marketing planning professional in the Philippines to support buyer-facing exposure for SPX Express and assist voucher planning and demand forecasting. The role involves coordinating with marketing, BD, operations, and merchant teams to align demand with supply and to monitor campaign performance.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, comfort with numbers, and experience in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in marketing, business planning, FP&A, project management, strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or related fields; fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant experience welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Shopee Marketing team to support buyer-facing marketing exposure that drives demand for SPX Express.
• Support voucher planning and other demand-driving initiatives, while conducting demand forecasting and volume tracking to support business planning.
• Collaborate with the merchant acquisition team to align demand with supply, including planning across SKU mix, F&B categories, merchant types, and target locations.
• Support campaign planning end-to-end, including promotion mechanics, budget tracking, demand and supply assumptions, execution readiness, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor business performance and campaign metrics, and help identify areas for improvement in demand generation and execution.
• Prepare planning trackers, reports, and business updates to support team visibility and decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution and alignment across marketing, BD, operations, and other relevant stakeholders
