Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in marketing, business planning, FP&A, project management, strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and performance data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination across teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn, take ownership, and support cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Shopee Marketing to support buyer-facing marketing exposure that drives demand for SPX Express.
• Support voucher planning and other demand-driving initiatives, while conducting demand forecasting and volume tracking to support business planning.
• Collaborate with the merchant acquisition team to align demand with supply across SKU mix, F&B categories, merchant types, and locations.
• Support campaign planning end-to-end, including promotion mechanics, budget tracking, demand and supply assumptions, execution readiness, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor business performance and campaign metrics, and help identify areas for improvement in demand generation and execution.
• Prepare planning trackers, reports, and business updates to support team visibility and decision-making.
