Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., 5 Whys, PDCA, value stream mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Analysis of inventory, orders, logistics, and performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Assess warehouse and transportation operations to drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
• Support production and resource planning with demand forecasts.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key metrics.
• Prepare and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales to align supply planning with business goals.
