Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, administrative support, property management, or a similar role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to follow documented processes and recurring schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and multiple data sources.
• Proactive approach to identifying and reporting inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online listings.

Responsibilities

• Run listing consistency reports on a scheduled basis and flag exceptions for resolution.
• Conduct monthly local listing audits across all communities.
• Publish provided posts to Google Business Profiles.
• Ensure ILS and Google Business Profile photos match the approved master photo set.
• Conduct weekly website audits, including links, phone numbers, specials, and contact forms.
• Test tracking phone numbers weekly to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Pull weekly Yardi reports for leads, tours, applications, and leases by property.
• Prepare marketing performance reports for management review.
• Compile Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports.
• Prepare and distribute the weekly marketing operations report.
