Job summary

Assistantly is seeking a Marketing Operations specialist in the Philippines to own CRM and automation infrastructure, manage email campaigns, and document processes. The role is 70% systems/automation and 30% content/creative, with daily work inside GoHighLevel and Monday.com.

You will support LinkedIn presence, create sales collateral with Canva, and leverage AI tools to speed up production. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently toward weekly

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
Experience in B2B or technical trade businesses.
CRM data hygiene and segmentation experience.
Proven ability to build and manage end-to-end email campaigns.
Ability to document workflows and maintain SOPs.

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel automations, pipelines, and workflows end-to-end.
Clean, segment, and maintain CRM data for accurate lead tracking.
Build and launch email campaigns from list segmentation and copy through automation sequencing and post-send reporting.
Document workflows and SOPs; provide weekly updates via Monday.com.
Support LinkedIn presence and assist in producing sales collateral using Canva.
