Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support email campaigns, blog updates, and market research. The role focuses on print-oriented graphic design and collaboration with stakeholders to drive marketing projects.

You will create marketing assets using Canva and InDesign, manage CRM data, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience with digital design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional blasts, using our email marketing platform.
• Update and maintain our website blog with new content, ensuring all posts are formatted correctly and published on schedule.
• Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Accurately enter and update agent and lead information into our Go High Level CRM and maintain the Leads spreadsheet.
• Upload completed emails and other marketing tasks to Trello for team visibility and project tracking.
• Create visually appealing and effective marketing assets, including social media posts, flyers, and brochures, using Canva and InDesign templates.
• Listen to and transcribe recorded chatbot sessions to extract valuable data and insights.
