Job summary

Butter & Salt Group in Pasig City is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This full‑time role will contribute to executing marketing strategies and managing digital content and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in digital marketing, strong SEO/ads knowledge, and solid writing and design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or business.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies as part of the Butter & Salt Group team.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Butter & Salt Group team. Based in our office in Pasig City Metro Manila, this is a full-time position where you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media assistant role, ideally within an agency or marketing services environment
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and on-brand copy
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Demonstrated proficiency includes: Google Analytics (basic reporting), Google Ads (campaign setup and management), Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
• A creative mindset and an eye for design, with the ability to contribute to the aesthetic of our digital assets
• Knowledgeable of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating social media graphics and simple marketing materials
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
