About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Officer who will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and contribute to business growth.

The role will work closely with sales, creative, product, and other internal teams to deliver relevant marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, institutional, and on-ground channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, institutional, and on-ground channels.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and presentation across marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors in developing campaign materials, visual assets, events, and customer activations.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional programs, localized marketing initiatives, and sales support materials.
• Support customer profiling and segmentation initiatives to improve campaign targeting, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as conversion, engagement, lead generation, and return on investment.
• Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, expenses, vendor payments, and promotional spending.Support partnerships, co-branding activities, and the evaluation of marketing tools that can improve campaign delivery and tracking.
• Perform other marketing and coordination responsibilities that may be assigned based on business requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Development Communication, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, campaign management, product marketing, digital marketing, or a related function.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams, creative teams, agencies, vendors, or other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of market research, campaign reporting, events, and budget monitoring is an advantage.
• Willing and able to perform fieldwork when required.
