Job summary
Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. is seeking a Marketing Associate to support real estate campaigns, client outreach, and media activities. The position is onsite and based around Cavite/Dasmariñas, offering opportunities to train, mentor, and grow within a real estate marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related Business courses.
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate, marketing or sales.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Effective sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in analysis, decision-making, and management.
- Ability to provide training, coaching, and mentorship.
- Residing around the Branch’s Area
- Willing to work onsite
