Job summary

Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to drive strategic marketing for nationwide real estate projects. You will promote properties, engage international and local clients, brokers, and sellers, and contribute to sales growth and brand visibility.

You will plan campaigns, manage events, and coordinate with sales teams while delivering compelling content across digital channels and property portals in the Philippines. The role offers growth and broad market exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field.
• Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media advertising, analytics) and MS Office.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with a creative mindset.

Responsibilities
