Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our Dasmariñas Cavite team.

This full-time role leads marketing campaigns for our real estate portfolio, creates content for the website and social platforms, and coordinates with the sales team to optimize leads and conversions. The ideal candidate has a marketing-related degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong communication and data analysis skills to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, with real estate preferred.
Hands-on real estate marketing experience preferred.
Strong sales and marketing skills to generate leads and support property sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication for compelling marketing content.
Proficiency in data analysis to interpret marketing metrics.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties.
Create engaging content for the website, social media, and marketing collateral.
Coordinate with sales to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign success and identify improvements.
Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
