Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager - HNWI within the Marketing Communications Group to lead development and execution of marketing initiatives for high net worth clients across investment, private banking, trust, and related products.

The role supports enterprise-wide campaigns and the day-to-day marketing needs of assigned wealth units. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Marketing and 8+ years in business management, marketing and advertising, with strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience related to business management, marketing and advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Solid experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, and/or user experience (UX).
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative direction and media planning/management.
• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Support the growth and positioning of Wealth Management offerings across affluent, HNW, and UHNW segments.
• Manage marketing projects, campaigns, and events from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing spend.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and governance requirements.
