The Marketing Manager - HNWI will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for HNW/UHNW clients across investment, private banking, trust, treasury, and offshore banking products. This role also supports enterprise-wide Wealth Management campaigns and day-to-day marketing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years in business management, marketing and advertising.
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to create compelling presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, and/or UX.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Creative direction and media planning/management experience.
• Onsite work in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MCG partner for assigned Wealth Management business units.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Support the growth and positioning of Wealth Management offerings across affluent, HNW, and UHNW segments.
• Manage marketing projects, campaigns, and events from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing spend.
• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and governance requirements.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager - HNWI serves as the primary MCG partner for assigned Wealth Management business units, leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives for HNW and UHNW clients across investment, private banking, trust, treasury, and offshore banking products. The role also supports enterprise-wide Wealth Management campaigns and the day-to-day marketing and communications requirements of the assigned business units.
