Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within automotive or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage and develop team members.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth objectives. This role is pivotal in positioning Autohub as a leader in the automotive market and will require you to collaborate across departments to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the automotive sector, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional collateral, and advertising campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditure and ensuring optimal return on investment for all marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic marketing decisions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute successful product launches, events, and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop team members
• Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, balancing innovation with commercial pragmatism
• Preferred: Experience with automotive sales, dealerships, or related sectors; familiarity with the Philippine automotive market
