We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Automotive) to join HH ALL VENTURES ENTERPRISES CORP. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing strategy and execution within the automotive sector. As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our automotive business. This position reports directly to senior management and is essential to achieving our strategic business objectives in a competitive automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the automotive industry, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels including digital, traditional media, and experiential marketing initiatives
• Oversee digital marketing activities including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximise customer engagement and conversion
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, emerging trends, and customer insights within the automotive sector
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI) for all campaigns
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and customer acquisition objectives
• Create and manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement data to inform strategy refinement and optimisation
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure quality delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Lead marketing team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development as required

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a marketing management or leadership role within the automotive industry or related sectors
• Proven track record of developing and successfully executing marketing campaigns that have driven measurable business results and increased brand awareness
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, consumer behaviour, vehicle market segments, and competitive landscape
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics software, and social media management
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing spend and ROI
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal stakeholders and external audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics and performance data
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and building high-performing marketing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant marketing certifications (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) are advantageous
