MMI is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead the company’s marketing strategy and campaigns. You will evaluate performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams, and drive brand management across products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Home and Kitchen Appliances marketing, strong digital skills, and proven ability to coordinate with sales, dealers, and suppliers to meet sales targets. Join us to shape engaging campaigns and powerful consumer messaging.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years as Marketing Staff for Home and Kitchen Appliances or products
• Experience coordinating with sales teams, dealers, suppliers and other key stakeholders
• Experience developing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand-building activities
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in appliances/consumer goods
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online platforms
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans, promotional materials, product presentations, and point-of-sale marketing initiatives
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical and results-driven, with ability to monitor marketing performance, sales trends, and ROI
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
