Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Marketing Staff for Home and Kitchen Appliances or products
• Experience coordinating with sales teams, dealers, suppliers and other key stakeholders
• Experience developing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand-building activities
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs in appliances/consumer goods
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online platforms
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans, promotional materials, product presentations, and point-of-sale marketing initiatives
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical and results-driven, with ability to monitor marketing performance, sales trends, and ROI
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

About the role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing the company's marketing strategy. You will lead the marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all marketing efforts for the company and all of its products
• Create a solid marketing strategy in line with company objectives
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns
• Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Analyze results and monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
• Track short- and mid-term strategic partnership through commercial and marketing initiatives of brands to achieve sales targets
• Track, evaluate initiatives and suggest improvements for each collaboration
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify the target audience and come up with campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Establish performance tracking, reporting and optimizing campaign performance

About you

• At least 2 years as Marketing Staff for Home and Kitchen Appliances or products
• Strong marketing skills, with experience in coordinating with sales teams, dealers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand-building activities for Home and Kitchen Appliances
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs within the appliance or consumer goods industry
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online marketing platforms
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans, promotional materials, product presentations, and point-of-sale marketing initiatives
