Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst to transform marketing data into actionable insights. Based in Manila with two onsite days weekly in Taguig, you will support global marketing teams in campaign performance, segmentation, and audience targeting while aligning reporting with BI frameworks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in BI tools, and experience with marketing platforms. Collaboration across teams and data-driven storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience in marketing data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and marketing platforms like Salesforce and Pardot.
• Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing campaign performance across platforms and build dashboards.
• Conduct segmentation analysis to support targeting and audience journey mapping.
• Make marketing prospecting data accessible across platforms.
• Collaborate with Data and MI teams to align reporting and metrics.
• Work with the Digital team to integrate insights into campaign planning.
• Map buyer journeys across touchpoints to identify conversion paths.
• Support multi-channel attribution modelling and ROI understanding.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support planning and reviews.
• Improve data quality and reporting consistency with Marketing Operations.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting with actionable insights.
• Identify predictive indicators to support forecasting and optimization.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on marketing analytics trends and tools.
