Job summary

  • Experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, wine, or events preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
  • Create monthly campaign calendars for content, holidays, launches, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently applied across materials.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide recommendations.
  • Execute campaigns to grow reservations, weekday traffic, and average spend.
  • Coordinate promotions, upsell opportunities, and guest touchpoints.
  • Implement content strategy and maintain calendars for social channels.
  • Coordinate shoots, captions, graphics, and promotional content.
  • Manage events from planning to post-event reporting.
  • Identify partnerships, collaborations, and influencer opportunities.
  • Plan and assess paid digital campaigns; monitor performance and adjust budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities for Project Vino Group to support revenue growth, foot traffic, reservations, customer engagement, and brand awareness across all branches.

The position serves as a key execution partner to Management in translating business and marketing objectives into actionable campaigns and activities.

Key Responsibilities / KRA - Key Results Areas
1. Marketing Planning & Brand Execution
  • Assist in developing the annual and quarterly marketing calendar based on Management's business objectives and sales priorities.

  • Translate approved marketing objectives into monthly campaign calendars covering always-on content, holidays, wine launches, promotions, and events.

  • Ensure that approved brand guidelines, tone, visual identity, and messaging are consistently applied across digital and physical marketing materials.

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, promotions, event formats, and relevant industry developments and provide recommendations to Management.

  • Maintain an organized marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of approved initiatives.

2. Revenue & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute approved promotional campaigns designed to support reservation growth, weekday traffic, repeat visits, and average customer spend.

  • Recommend branch-level marketing initiatives such as Wine of the Month, bundles, happy hour promotions, event packages, and seasonal offers.

  • Coordinate with Operations to identify opportunities to improve customer conversion and upselling through menus, table collateral, promotional materials, and guest touchpoints.

  • Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives such as guest databases, email/SMS campaigns, retargeting activities, and loyalty programs where applicable.

  • Monitor campaign results and recommend adjustments based on customer response and business performance.

3. Content & Social Media
  • Implement the approved content strategy and maintain consistent content output across Project Vino Group's social media channels.

  • Develop and maintain content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling, preparation of requirements, and coordination with photographers, videographers, designers, and internal teams.

  • Prepare or coordinate captions, graphics, videos, promotional materials, and other marketing content.

  • Ensure content is aligned with the approved brand direction before publication.

  • Monitor social media performance, engagement, community growth, inquiries, and other relevant metrics.

  • Coordinate UGC and influencer activities, including invitations, hosting arrangements, content requirements, posting schedules, and follow-ups.

4. Events & On-Ground Marketing
  • Assist in developing and executing the Group's events and marketing activities.

  • Coordinate the marketing requirements for wine dinners, tastings, launches, seasonal events, promotions, and other activities.

  • Ensure that approved on-ground marketing materials are prepared and properly deployed, including signage, table tents, menu inserts, promotional materials, and photo opportunities.

  • Maintain event marketing checklists and coordinate requirements with Operations and other departments.

  • Assist in documenting events through photos, videos, social media coverage, and post-event content.

  • Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, sales performance, content generated, and other relevant results.

5. Partnerships, Sponsorships & Collaborations
  • Research and identify potential brand partnerships, influencers, organizations, hotels, lifestyle brands, and other relevant partners.

  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals and collaboration concepts for Management's approval.

  • Coordinate approved partnerships and ensure that agreed deliverables are completed within the required timelines.

  • Maintain a partnership and deliverables tracker.

  • Coordinate with partners regarding schedules, promotional materials, content requirements, events, and other agreed activities.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential collaborations for Management's consideration.

6. Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Assist in planning and implementing approved paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Instagram.

  • Coordinate with external advertising specialists, agencies, or freelancers when required.

  • Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, inquiries, reservations, cost per result, and other applicable metrics.

  • Recommend adjustments to campaigns and advertising allocation based on performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of advertising spend and campaign results.

  • Assist in implementing retargeting, boosted content, and conversion-focused campaigns where applicable.

7. Marketing Team & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of marketing assistants, interns, freelancers, creatives, and external suppliers as assigned.

  • Establish weekly marketing priorities and ensure that assigned deliverables are completed on schedule.

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, influencers, and other marketing vendors.

  • Monitor the quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Assist in documenting and improving marketing workflows and SOPs.

  • Recommend improvements to marketing processes and resource requirements.

8. Reporting, Analytics & Recommendations
  • Prepare monthly marketing activity and performance reports.

  • Monitor the performance of campaigns, promotions, social media activities, events, partnerships, and digital advertising.

  • Track relevant metrics such as reservations, inquiries, engagement, reach, customer response, event attendance, and campaign costs.

  • Prepare post-campaign and post-event reports identifying what worked, what did not, and recommended improvements.

  • Provide Management with actionable observations and recommendations based on marketing data and customer feedback.

  • Maintain an organized record of marketing activities, results, expenses, and supporting materials.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with branch priorities and operational capabilities.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns based on business priorities such as best sellers, slow-moving products, new products, seasonal opportunities, and branch-specific requirements.

  • Work with Operations and other departments to ensure promotions are properly communicated and implemented.

  • Gather customer feedback, reviews, comments, and social media insights and relay relevant information to Management and Operations.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve products, services, guest experiences, and marketing communication based on customer feedback.

Qualification and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, brand marketing, events, or a related field.

  • Experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, wine, or events is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns, social media activities, promotions, events, and content initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Experience with content creation, content planning, digital advertising, and basic marketing analytics.

  • Experience coordinating with influencers, suppliers, freelancers, agencies, photographers, videographers, or other external partners.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and marketing activities simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Creative, proactive, and highly attentive to detail.

  • Good understanding of branding, customer behavior, and consumer marketing principles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.

  • Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other creative, social media, analytics, or marketing tools is an advantage.

  • Willing to travel between Project Vino branches and work flexible hours when required for events and marketing activities.
