About the role
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist (Social Media/Marcom) to join our marketing communications team on a full-time basis in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels. You will be responsible for brand awareness, generates leads, and promotes products or services and developing and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive business objectives forward.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create, and manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across multiple channels to achieve brand awareness and engagement goals

• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness to optimise future initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, creative, and sales departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Manage social media community engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and build relationships with followers

• Create marketing collateral including graphics, promotional materials, and branded content

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify opportunities for innovation

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Maintain marketing calendars, manage content schedules, and ensure timely publication of marketing materials

• Track marketing performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

• Preferably FRESH GRADUATES or with a minimum of 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a data‑driven agency role. (Experience with retail, lifestyle, or premium food and beverage brands is a massive plus).

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and familiarity with social media management tools (E.g Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, web analytics, and CRM software. Hands‑on experience with email/SMS blasting tools and capturing)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and brand‑aligned content

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in content creation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven recommendations

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic workplace

• Experience with content calendar planning and scheduling tools is preferred

• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or paid advertising platforms would be advantageous

SALARY: 20K - 23K Monthly

SCHEDULE: MONDAY-SATURDAY (ALTERNATE SATURDAY)
