• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8-10 years progressive marketing experience, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in multi-channel marketing driving engagement and revenue.
• Strong expertise in traditional and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, email).
• Experience with e-commerce and online booking platforms.
• Excellent analytics, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
