Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks an accomplished Marketing Leader to drive digital growth across online channels and marketplaces. The role requires a strategic thinker with 8–10 years in marketing, 3–5 years in management, and proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content and analytics to boost revenue and customer acquisition.

You will guide cross-functional teams and shape online sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8–10 years marketing experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven digital marketing, e-commerce, online sales experience.
• Experience managing online sales channels and marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing and analytics.
• Experience developing digital sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Marketplace or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in developing and implementing digital and online sales strategies that drive revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, and market growth.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Marketplace or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use sales, customer, website, and digital marketing data to make business decisions.
