Job summary

Xerox in Cebu City is seeking a Marketing Data Manager to drive data integrity and alignment across marketing programs. You will bridge data management, contact sourcing, lead management, and campaign attribution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in data management or marketing operations, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and experience with D365, Eloqua, and Power BI in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in data management, marketing operations, or related business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM or a comparable CRM system required.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies across CRMs (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Monitor data quality and completion metrics for reporting.
• Research and append missing account-level data (website URL, firmographics) to enable contact sourcing.
• Process privacy requests to delete records in Eloqua and D365 in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure data is integrated and accessible as needed.
• Source contacts with specific titles/personas from ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and other data providers.
• Upload lists of contacts into lead-to-account matching programs to link to D365 accounts.
• Process and clear lead-to-account match exceptions that cannot be automated.
• Deactivate invalid or non-engaging contacts in D365.
• Source business emails from content submissions and assign contacts to outreach cadences in Salesloft.
