Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing national and local marketing initiatives across retail environments, digital channels and practice marketing programs that support Company Sales and patient growth.
The role is accountable for delivering marketing initiatives accurately and within agreed timelines, ensuring campaign execution, local marketing activation and marketing communications are delivered consistently with brand standards and contribute to improved patient engagement and practice performance.

Main Accountabilities
- Trading Performance Support Company Sales growth through effective execution of national campaigns, in-store marketing initiatives and local marketing programs. Ensure marketing campaign materials and communications are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines to support practice execution. Support analysis of campaign performance and contribute insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Patient First Experience Ensure marketing initiatives strengthen brand presence and support positive patient engagement across the practice network. Maintain high standards of brand presentation across in-store materials, digital channels and marketing communications. Support initiatives that enhance the patient journey and community connection through marketing activities.
- Business Plan Execution Coordinate execution of national marketing campaigns including campaign materials, communications and implementation across practices. Manage marketing communications and information distribution to the practice network. Support delivery of local store marketing programs including community initiatives and promotional activity. Assist with marketing onboarding of newly acquired practices to ensure brand consistency across marketing channels. Support website updates, landing pages and digital marketing assets aligned to campaign initiatives. Coordinate supplier relationships including production, creative and marketing vendors. Maintain marketing campaign calendars, timelines and budget tracking. Contribute to campaign reporting and performance analysis.
- Leadership and Team Development Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders including practices, operations teams and marketing colleagues measured by survey. Support collaboration across marketing, digital and CRM teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery. Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities to improve campaign execution and marketing effectiveness. Ensure team and stakeholder satisfaction meets agreed benchmarks. Demonstrate continuous learning and professional development with one approved development per annum.
- Compliance Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with Company brand guidelines and marketing standards. Maintain marketing documentation, campaign records and supplier processes in line with governance requirements. Ensure financial controls are followed for marketing budgets, purchase orders and supplier payments. Protect confidentiality of commercial and marketing information.

Relevant Experience/Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- 2–4 years experience in marketing, campaign coordination or marketing executive roles.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns or retail marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with creative agencies, production suppliers and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in retail, healthcare or network-based environments desirable.
- Experience using marketing platforms, CMS tools or creative tools such as Canva or Adobe desirable
