About the role

Fleximetal Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in Taytay, Rizal, where you will play a vital role in supporting the execution and coordination of our marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in helping our team deliver compelling campaigns, manage marketing materials, and ensure seamless communication across all channels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing expertise whilst contributing to the growth and visibility of Fleximetal Inc.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

• Assisting with the management of social media accounts and monitoring engagement metrics

• Coordinating the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and tarpaulins

• Oversee the installation and removal of tarpaulins, banners, signages, and other promotional materials

• Managing marketing calendars and timelines to ensure all campaigns are delivered on schedule

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, trade shows, exhibits, job fairs, and other promotional activities

• Conducting market research and gathering competitor information to support strategic marketing decisions

• Liaising with internal departments and external vendors to coordinate marketing projects

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• With experience in marketing coordination, events, sales support, or a related position is an advantage

• Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design platforms

• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and content management systems

• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design aesthetics

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and assist in on-site events and marketing activities
