Job summary

optiBPO in Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our Australian marketing team with campaigns, content, and digital channels. The role requires coordinating content, managing campaigns end-to-end, and maintaining calendars and assets across CRM platforms.

You will work in the office in Angeles City on the morning shift, collaborating with a growing AU-based team and supporting SEO, social media, and marketing automation tools. Great growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or support roles.
• Experience supporting an Australian market company remotely
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient with CRM/marketing automation tools
• Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic design tools
• Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in FMCG/food hospitality or B2B is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Comfortable working across time zones

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day marketing support to the business’ Australian marketing team, coordinating campaigns, content, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule marketing content across digital channels — website, email/EDM, and social media
• Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from content writing to graphic design
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign timelines, deliverables,s and approvals
• Manage and update the CRM and marketing automation platforms (Constant Contact, Magento, Klaviyo)
• Create, schedule and monitor social media content; support community management and engagement
• Support SEO and AEO activity with content creation and publishing
• Maintain the marketing asset library and ensure brand guideline compliance across materials
• Assist with trade show, event,nt and sponsorship coordination, including logistics and collateral
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including budget tracking and invoicing coordination

Requirements

• 2–4 years' experience in a marketing coordinator, assistant or support role
• Prior experience supporting an Australian market company in a remote/offshore capacity strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar)
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, MeBusiness’ Suite) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe) and Trello
• Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines autonomously
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, hospitality or B2B supply/distribution highly regarded
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working autonomously across time zones with limited in-person oversight
