At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across various industries, including healthcare and aged care.
As a Marketing Coordinator for our Healthcare partner, an established Australian-owned leader in innovative healthcare and aged care equipment solutions, you will take full ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery. Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will execute multi-channel campaigns, product launches, events, and collateral to market on time, on budget, and on brand. Based remotely during Australian daytime hours, this hands‑on role involves coordinating across Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service, leveraging project management tools, and mentoring junior team members to turn strategic plans into impactful results.
Campaign Delivery & Project Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of multi‑channel campaigns from brief to execution, maintain the organisation‑wide marketing calendar, brief internal and external designers, and manage lead generation handovers to the Sales team.
Content, Social Media & Creative Collaboration: Own the social media content calendar, direct AI‑assisted content creation across channels, and work closely with the Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure creative and digital initiatives meet strict brand standards.
Brand Consistency & Collateral Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, oversee the upkeep and production of marketing collateral and catalogues, and create on‑brand sales tools and presentation templates.
Performance, Analytics & Reporting: Build and present performance reports that interpret results, track KPIs against goals, review HubSpot dashboards, and execute A/B testing to optimize future campaign decisions.
Events & Market Activation: Coordinate webinars, client events, industry conferences, and partner activities, driving registrations, managing logistics, and executing post‑event follow‑up and reporting.
Sales Enablement Support: Support the creation of proposals, presentations, client success stories, and credentials documents while maintaining reusable bid assets and buyer personas.
Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement: Manage marketing automation workflows, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), research market trends, and contribute ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.
The Experience: 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or campaign delivery role, primarily B2B with some B2C exposure (experience marketing to an Australian audience or within healthcare, aged care, or NDIS is a strong advantage).
Project Management & Technical Proficiency: Proven project management capabilities using systems like Smartsheet, HubSpot CRM proficiency, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, and confidence using AI tools (such as Claude) for content creation.
Execution & Content Creation: Demonstrated experience planning and developing content across social media, EDMs, and sales collateral, alongside event management and lead‑capture coordination.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and proven experience mentoring or delegating tasks to junior team members.
Analytical & Educational Background: Ability to build and present performance analytics and ROI reports, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
