Job summary

BSA Solutions Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support content creation, digital updates, CRM management and internal communications. You will help ensure timely delivery of brand-aligned materials across channels and marketing goals.

Responsibilities include creating social content, coordinating with providers, updating web content, and assisting with campaigns and reporting to drive growth across our global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing coordination
• Skilled in basic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Strong writing skills for social media, newsletters, proposals, and web content
• Familiar with website updates (e.g. WordPress), email marketing tools, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Source and coordinate merchandise and branded collateral.
• Brief external providers (photographers, videographers) and manage approvals.
• Support video content development with scripts/storyboards and footage organization.
• Edit and format photo/video content for different channels.
• Maintain website content and basic SEO practices.
• Create templated and custom proposal pages using brand formats.
• Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn etc.).
• Manage community engagement on social channels.
• Prepare internal communications like the Weekly Wrap and Office TV slides.
• Create external communications such as monthly project update EDMs and quarterly newsletters.
• Update and manage email signatures platform.
• Support quarterly campaigns on Sustainability, Safety, and Community Sponsorship.
• Assist in researching and submitting industry awards.
• Maintain internal marketing file library and content calendars.
• Liaise with Site and Project Managers for updates and content.
• Complete monthly marketing scorecard.
• Update HubSpot CRM database.
• Complete monthly spend budget tracking.
• Track and analyze customer insights to optimise activities.
