Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with Canva or other basic design tools.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media and other marketing channels.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Assist with website and social media updates.
• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and other promotional initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations.
• Maintain marketing databases, files, calendars, and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
