Job summary

Ecomobi is seeking a livestream technical producer to ensure high-quality live broadcasts and smooth technical operation across our Southeast Asia projects. You will set up lighting, cameras, and audio, master OBS/Vmix for overlays and transitions, and troubleshoot issues in real time.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in technical production or livestream tech, with fluent basic English for documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in technical production, videography, or livestream tech.
• Skills: Proficiency in OBS Studio. Solid understanding of lighting physics and audio mixing.

• Ensure high-fidelity visual/audio quality and technical stability for all live broadcasts.
• Technical Setup: studio lighting, camera angles, and professional audio configuration.
• Software Operation: Master OBS/Vmix for live production—overlays, transitions, and green screen effects.
• Real-time Troubleshooting: monitor the live feed to resolve issues promptly.
• Asset Management: maintain studio equipment and inventory.

Responsible for:

• Ensure high-fidelity visual/audio quality and technical stability for all live broadcasts.
• Technical Setup: Responsible for studio lighting (Key/Fill/Backlight), camera angles, and professional audio configuration to ensure a “Premium” look.
• Software Operation: Master OBS/Vmix for live production—handling overlays, frame transitions, scene switching, and green screen effects.
• Real-time Troubleshooting: Monitor the live feed 100% of the time to immediately resolve network issues, audio lags, or software glitches.
• Asset Management: Maintain and manage studio equipment and technical inventory at the Indonesia branch.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in technical production, videography, or livestream tech.
• Skills: Mandatory proficiency in OBS Studio. Solid understanding of lighting physics and audio mixing.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, technically savvy, and a good eye for visual composition.
• Language: Basic English (to understand technical documentation).
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Technical Uptime (zero-glitch sessions), Visual/Audio Quality Score, and Equipment Maintenance Grade.
