Job summary

Vice Cosmetics Group Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Officer to support the brand’s influencer strategy and drive engaging campaigns in Manila/Taguig area.

You will coordinate influencer activations, manage social platforms, and collaborate with teams to deliver on-brand messaging across collections and events.

A strong candidate has 2+ years in marketing communications, a degree, and a knack for analytics and trend spotting, with willingness to be based in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications or influencer marketing.
• Familiar with campaign tracking, reporting and influencer engagement.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and content creation is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig.

The Marketing Communications Officer isresponsible for supporting and executing the brand’s communications and influencer strategy. This role focuses on influencer marketing, product and brand messaging, and community engagement, ensuring that campaigns, new collections, and events resonate with our audience and achieve measurable results.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, content coordination, tracking, and reporting

• Support marketing communications for products, collections, and overall brand messaging

• Engage and manage the brand’s Facebook community to maintain a positive and active presence

• Track and analyze influencer posts and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement

• Assist in launches for new collections, events, and promotional campaigns

• Provide ad hoc support for the TikTok account (Vice Co. HQ), including content ideas and engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent communication

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

• 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, influencer marketing, or social media management

• Familiarity with campaign tracking, reporting, and influencer engagement

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
