Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a Marketing Communications specialist to support the hotel's marketing needs with a focus on digital and print materials, branding, and content development. You will coordinate with outsourced graphic artists and internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Marketing Communications or Multimedia Arts with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative and admin tasks

Qualifications

• Preferably a college graduate in Marketing Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or similar field.
• Experience in marketing communications, creative production, and graphic design.
• Strong eye for branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop mood boards and design pegs and provide clear feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of photo and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to review materials for quality and brand consistency.
• Experience coordinating creative suppliers, shoots, print production, and collateral.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the hotel's Marketing Communications and creative requirements.
• Develop and coordinate digital and print marketing materials.
• Handle basic graphic design and artwork adaptation.
• Coordinate complex creative requests with outsourced artists and partners.
• Develop creative references and design pegs; review outputs for quality and branding.
• Manage day-to-day marketing coordination, production, and admin tasks.
