Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to drive brand storytelling and campaign execution across platforms. You will support the Director of Marketing Communications in producing compelling content, overseeing design work, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in a marketing/advertising environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in advertising/design agency, hotel, or restaurant marketing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing Communications in planning and executing strategies.
• Manage production, layout, and quality control of print, digital, and visual materials.
• Create compelling designs and collaterals using Adobe tools and Canva.
• Develop content for social media, website, email campaigns and other channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver assets on time.
• Monitor performance across channels to inform campaign decisions.
• Produce and edit videos for promotional content and social media.
• Capture and retouch event, interior, food, and lifestyle photography when needed.
• Ensure materials meet brand guidelines and maintain consistent identity.
• Juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
