Qualifications

• Experience with social media management and basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail, FMCG or vending industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the creation and coordination of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional items and collateral.
• Manage social media accounts and assist with content scheduling and engagement.
• Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for the marketing team.
• Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, promotional events and brand activations.
• Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate record keeping of campaigns and customer information.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as required.
