Velez Ventures, Inc. seeks a Branding Manager to lead brand strategy and communications for the Velez Group including Velez College, CIM, and Raintree Real Estate. You will ensure a unified institutional identity across shared services and external touchpoints.
You will work with leadership and departments to translate corporate strategy into compelling, on-brand communications supporting enrollment, occupancy, and reputation.
The Branding Manager, under Velez Ventures, Inc. and the Velez Shared Services Unit (VSSU), is responsible for building, protecting, and consistently expressing the Velez Group brand across the shared services entities — Velez College, Cebu Institute of Medicine (CIM), Raintree Real Estate Property Rentals, and etc. This role owns brand strategy, marketing communications, digital presence, and public relations, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a unified, professional, and trustworthy institutional identity. The Branding Manager works closely with entity leadership and Shared Services departments (HR, Purchasing, IT, Continuous Improvement, Purchasing, Accounting, Facilities, and Security) to translate corporate strategy into compelling, on-brand communications that support enrollment, tenant occupancy, and employer reputation across the shared services group.
Develop and maintain the Velez Group brand guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, tone of voice) across all entities.
Review and approve all externally facing materials for brand-guideline compliance before release.
Advise Executive Leadership on brand positioning, competitive differentiation, and reputation risk.
Plan and maintain a unified content calendar covering Velez College, CIM, and Raintree Mall.
Produce or commission collateral — print, digital, video, signage — for campaigns, enrollment drives, and promotions.
Coordinate with entity heads to ensure messaging accuracy and timely turnaround on communication requests.
Manage the Group's website content and social media channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and engagement.
Monitor digital sentiment and audience growth, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, in coordination with Executive Leadership.
Plan and execute branding for institutional events (college graduation, enrollment drives, mall promotions).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Fine Arts/Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in branding, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups or entities (education, healthcare, real estate, or shared services) is highly preferred.
Demonstrated portfolio of campaign, content, and brand-guideline work.
Certification or formal training in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Public Relations is an advantage.
