Velez Ventures Inc. is seeking a Graphic Artist to communicate the group’s services across digital and printed materials and to produce wayfinding signage for Cebu Velez General Hospital and related entities.

About the role
The Graphic Artist communicates the Velez Group's services and institutional messaging to its target audiences through digital and printed marketing materials, and produces wayfinding and directional signage to guide visitors and patients across school and hospital premises. This role works within established team guidelines while independently prioritizing daily design, social media, and production tasks across Cebu Velez General Hospital, Velez Ventures, Inc., Cebu Institute of Medicine, and Velez College.
Key responsibilities
Design and produce signage layouts for HCVGH, including patient- and visitor-facing wayfinding signage (approx. 30% of work time)
Design signage and congratulatory/event billboards for Velez Ventures, Inc., CIM, and Velez College (approx. 10% each)
Plan, design, and schedule social media content and ads across managed platforms (approx. 20% of work time)
Monitor and respond to Facebook inquiries in coordination with the marketing team (approx. 5% of work time)
Capture photography for institutional events, campaigns, and social content (approx. 5% of work time)
Edit video content for social media and institutional use (approx. 10% of work time)
Apply principles of design, color theory, and color psychology consistently across all deliverables
Maintain working knowledge of social media management and digital marketing practices to inform content decisions
About you
Bachelor's degree (College graduate) — Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1–3 years of relevant graphic design, social media, or marketing production experience
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Filmora (or equivalent design/video editing tools)
Working knowledge of principles of design, color theory, and color psychology
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing practices
Comfortable working under general team guidelines with independent daily task prioritization
Escalates unclear instructions or ambiguous requests to a supervisor rather than proceeding uncertain
