We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to plan, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support sales objectives, and drive customer engagement across traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all ATL, BTL, and digital marketing touchpoints.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns, and content execution.
• Utilize digital analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
• Manage offline marketing initiatives such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and partners for marketing executions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Provide marketing support for branch-level and regional initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare reports using data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
