Job summary

PM Consulting in Cebu is seeking a Marketing Manager (Automotive) to lead end-to-end campaigns across digital channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok) and traditional channels (events, activations, outdoor ads).

You will develop integrated marketing plans, manage a team of 6–8, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to drive regional growth while using analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics; basic knowledge of design principles.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Background in Retail, FMCG, or multi-brand environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
• Oversee digital initiatives, including Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns.
• Manage offline initiatives such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 6-8; manage budgets, vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to support growth and market expansion.
• Prepare data-driven reports to guide strategic decision-making.
