Job summary

Medical and Hospital resources health care, inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing & Procurement Support candidate in Cebu City.

The role involves assisting with bidding documents, quotations, and product specifications, while coordinating with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely, accurate outputs. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, strong communication, and a desire to learn about medical supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; willingness to learn emphasized.
• Experience in marketing, sales support, or procurement is an advantage but not required.
• Basic understanding of marketing, product promotion, branding, and customer engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Google Workspace a plus.
• Willing to assist in preparation of bidding documents and quotations.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in document checks and deadlines.
• Able to prepare marketing materials and sales-support documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional client interactions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills; can handle multiple tasks.
• Can work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Willing to learn about medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Purchasing as needed.
• Willing to perform fieldwork, client coordination, trade shows when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, organization, and compilation of bidding documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Prepare marketing materials, product presentations, quotations, product profiles.
• Support fieldwork, client coordination, and trade shows.
• Ensure documents are complete and compliant with submission deadlines.
• Organize and maintain marketing materials and sales-support documents.
