Filinvest Land Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and sales events.

You will manage social media campaigns, coordinate with Sales and Project Development teams for milestone events and product launches, and prepare marketing materials while maintaining brand standards. The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience in event planning and stakeholder management.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or events.
• Experience in event planning, supplier coordination, and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Open to candidates from any 4-year degree course.
• Patient, flexible, and strong-willed.
• Able to handle multiple projects and different personalities effectively.
