Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in Quezon City is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing plans for our restaurant brands. You will handle daily administrative tasks, create reports on marketing and sales metrics, assist with promotions and events, and coordinate with the Design team to produce marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing or related field, at least 1 year of experience in marketing or social media, and a solid

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Experience in food & beverage or retail marketing is a plus.
• Able to learn and adhere to brand standards and digital marketing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Handle daily administrative tasks for Marketing department.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates).
• Assist with organizing promotions and events.
• Coordinate with Design team for marketing materials.
• Maintain records of marketing metrics and past campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities.
