Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing plans, managing daily admin, and producing reports on marketing and sales metrics.

You will collaborate with the Design team on marketing materials, organize promotions and events, and track performance of campaigns while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
• Assist with organizing promotions and events.
• Collaborate with the Design team to create marketing materials.
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
