Job summary

AFC SME FINANCE INC is seeking a motivated professional to review loan applications, track document status, and support loan consultants in marketing campaigns. The role includes telemarketing to renew loans and facilitating company unlock requests online or via fax.

The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be persuasive and result-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or related course.
Experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Has good communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive, assertive, creative, and result-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by the client.
Monitors and updates the status of loan applications and documents.
Conducts telemarketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
Assists and supports Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
Facilitates unlocking requests of their affiliated companies through online or facsimile.
Prepares Daily Report of Trans-in, Trans-out, Hold and Pending Accounts.
