Marketing Virtual Assistant

Zero-Ten Park Philippines is looking for an Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an Australian business owner across multiple businesses. This is a dynamic role that combines digital marketing, virtual assistance, and business support.

This opportunity is ideal for a marketing generalist who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and is happy to support wherever needed. You’ll have significant ownership of organic social media content, from planning and copywriting to scheduling and publishing (no graphic design required) while also assisting with CRM management, systems, business administration, and operational tasks. There is no direct client-facing work in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, schedule, and publish organic social media content across multiple platforms
• Create engaging copy tailored to the Australian market
• Assist with basic SEO-related content and website updates (training and guidance will be provided)
• Manage CRM records and maintain customer databases
• Build presentations, business decks, and supporting business assets
• Set up and maintain digital tools, software, and internal systems
• Update and improve internal knowledge bases and documentation
• Provide general administrative and virtual assistant support across multiple businesses
• Assist with sales administration and order processing when team members are on leave
• Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications

• Strong marketing background with experience in content planning, copywriting, and social media management
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing platforms
• Experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred
• Experience supporting Australian clients or creating content for the Australian market is highly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English
