Job summary

Baltic Assist in Manila, Philippines (remote) is seeking a Marketing & Sales Assistant to support the Brand Partnerships team. You will help execute sponsored campaigns, qualify leads, and assist with subscription and trial campaigns for business clients.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and clear English communication. Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with HubSpot are a plus in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Our client is a leading global digital platform connecting millions of active users through fitness, sports, and outdoor activities. By combining technology, community, and data-driven insights, they help people stay motivated, achieve their goals, and engage with brands through innovative experiences and challenges.

As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll partner with the Brand Partnerships team to support the execution of sponsored campaigns and other revenue-generating initiatives. You'll play an important role in ensuring campaign quality, qualifying leads, and supporting subscription and trial campaigns for business clients.

In this role, you'll thrive if you enjoy working across multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality brand experiences for a global community of engaged users.

How you’ll spend your day

• Ensuring content meets quality criteria before being published on the Platform.
• QA of partner emails.
• Improving HubSpot data entry (recurring) and one-off projects for HubSpot (e.g., key account setup, cleanup of existing accounts).
• Qualifying & responding to inbound leads from the Business website.
• Supporting trial campaigns and bulk subscriptions for partners.

You’ll be successful if you have

• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Confident and quick in learning and adapting to multiple technologies.
• Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels.
• Problem Solving & strong attention to detail.
• Experience with the Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Presentations).
• Preferred but not required: HubSpot experience.
