The Marketing Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of the Marketing department, providing support in developing campaigns and promotions essential in achieving the company’s objective and growth. The role entails ensuring smooth workflow within the department and communicating effectively with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of all activities/projects of the marketing department
• Assist in crafting the brand’s regular promotions and campaigns
• Handle E-commerce listing nominations and inventory for promotions
• Assist in the organizing promotional events, PR initiatives, and traditional or digital campaigns and attend to each of them to ensure its success
• Help create and post online content for the company’s website, social media accounts and other digital platforms
• Help develop marketing collaterals and literature (brochures, flyers, press releases etc.) designed to strengthen the company’s presence in the market
• Conduct store visits as needed
