Job summary

Belo Medical Group, Inc. seeks a Marketing Analytics Specialist to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data.

The role combines marketing analytics, automation, SQL, and BI reporting to improve customer acquisition, retention, and marketing ROI. You will build Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and support attribution modeling, lifecycle analysis, and A/B testing across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and data analysis.
• Understanding of marketing metrics, customer lifecycle, attribution, and A/B testing.
• Nice to have: Python or R, cloud BI platforms, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as CPA, CAC, CLV/LTV, ROAS, CIR, and retention.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze marketing and CRM data.
• Create performance reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage and improve marketing automation workflows using Mailchimp and Telerivet (email and SMS).
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and recommend budget allocation based on campaign performance.
• Maintain marketing data quality, reporting consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/POPIA).

This person works closely with marketing, IT, and leadership to turn data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs such as CPA, CAC, CLV/LTV, ROAS, CIR, and customer retention
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze marketing and CRM data
• Create performance reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns
• Manage and improve marketing automation workflows using Mailchimp and Telerivet (email and SMS)
• Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and lifecycle analysis
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and recommend budget allocation based on campaign performance
