Landers is seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Supervisor in Metro Manila to drive data-informed decision making within the Marketing team. The Marketing Data Analytics Supervisor is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making within the Marketing team by analyzing customer and member behavior, campaign performance, and market trends. This role transforms large and complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance customer engagement, optimize marketing strategies, and improve overall business performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in handling high-volume data, preferably within the retail or related industry, and possesses a deep understanding of consumer purchasing behavior.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer purchasing behavior and engagement
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics
Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies, promotions, and member retention initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to align data insights that optimizes decision making to achieve business objectives
Design and implement customer segmentation models to support targeted marketing campaigns
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms
Translate complex data findings into clear, business-friendly insights for stakeholders and leadership
Support A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to evaluate marketing initiatives
Continuously improve analytics processes, tools, and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the retail or related industry
Proven experience handling large and complex datasets and generating meaningful insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel and any visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience in customer analytics, marketing analytics, or consumer behavior analysis is highly preferred
Experience with CRM systems, loyalty programs, or membership data is a plus
Background in retail, e-commerce, or membership-based businesses
Experience in handling large and complex data sets
Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel and any visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
