Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience as Technical Analyst or Data Analyst with SQL-based data manipulation.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle change requests quickly.
• Understanding of email and mobile marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Run and adapt SQL code to implement loyalty initiatives by pairing relevant offers to customers.
• Maintain data structures that ensure accurate deployment of strategic offers to individual customers via personalized email, mobile app, website, and text push.
• Leverage proprietary segmentations, customer insights and analytical results to improve the relevance and effectiveness of offers allocated to customers.
• Ideate, build & integrate metrics – regarding a customer’s segmentation, behavior & attitudes into current process with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Implement controlled experiments & A/B testing to show value of new or modified strategies.
• Meet with Team/Internal Partners to discuss and manage strategies and operational needs with cross-functional collaboration.

• Meet with Team/Internal Partners to discuss and manage strategies and operational needs. Partners include business development (digital content acquisition) and email teams to integrate and communicate offers; the analytics team to clarify details regarding test & learns in progress; and the IT team for development details and process productionalization.
